  • The Private Clubhouse is the standout feature. Attached directly to the home, the 334 sq ft Clubhouse has AstroTurf flooring, foosball, darts and a Smart TV, giving you your own private space to play, relax and hang out.

  • Yes. The Clubhouse is exclusively for registered guests staying at the property and is accessed directly from inside the home.

  • No. The Clubhouse is designed for friendly competition and relaxing together, not parties or events. The home is in a residential community and San Antonio noise regulations apply.

  • The home has one bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The maximum occupancy should be confirmed in the booking details.

  • The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, four-burner electric cooktop, extractor hood, toaster oven and coffee maker, along with the essentials for preparing meals.

  • The kitchen has a countertop toaster oven rather than a full-size conventional oven.

  • Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.

  • Yes. Laundry facilities are available at the property, making it convenient for both short and longer stays.

  • Yes. One vehicle may be parked in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available nearby, subject to local regulations and availability.

  • The property offers self check-in. Guests receive access instructions after completing the required online check-in process.

  • Yes. Guests have exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom home and attached Private Clubhouse during their stay.

  • The property is located in a residential community. Quiet hours are 10 PM–6 AM Sunday through Thursday and 11 PM–6 AM Friday and Saturday. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and applicable local noise regulations.

  • Yes. Before arrival, all reservations must be completed through the secure Guest Portal. Guests will be asked to complete ID verification and sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement.

  • Guests can choose between a refundable $1,500 security hold or a $45 non-refundable damage waiver.

  • Early check-in is subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in can be reserved in advance for 50% of the nightly rate. On the day of arrival, early check-in may also be available depending on the cleaning schedule.

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and can be reserved for 50% of the nightly rate.

  • Yes. A selection of starter essentials is provided to help you settle in. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

  • No. Parties and events are not permitted. The Clubhouse is there for guests to enjoy privately and responsibly while respecting the residential neighborhood.
