Dockside Escape FAQ’s

  • Dockside Escape sleeps 4 +1 infant in the pack ‘n’ play maximum.

  • Yes Dockside Escape is right on the dock which can be accessed directly from the large patio via the steps.  The beach is also really close although you do need to cross 2 roads and cross the grass, or use the path most of the community use golf carts to access the local area let me know if you’d like to rent a golf cart.

  • Yes the private patio is pictured with dining table and Adirondack seats as a ground floor apartment we benefit from a large area which also has steps down directly onto the dock.

  • Yes you can it’s a complimentary community dock on a first come first served basis, with a fish cleaning station and picnic tables under the pergola. 

  • Yes the dock to the rear of the unit is a complimentary community dock on a first come first served basis however rarely used.

  • Yes you can, don’t have a boat don’t worry you can arrange a fishing guide who will collect you from the dock instead. 

  • Yes there is a fish cleaning station under the pergola beside the picnic tables. 

  • Yes the community pool is just steps from your front door to the left of the unit.

  • approx. a 3-4 min walk or 2 min drive

  • Yes it is on the ground floor from the front.

  • Dockside Escape is not designed to be accessible however has widened doorways and just 2 very low steps as you approach the front of the unit an active wheelchair user may find this suitable although please be aware there is a flight of steps from the patio at the rear to the much lower dock area. 

  • Yes the parking lot is a first come first served amenity, there are no marked bays and you cannot reserve a space please do not bring more than 2 vehicles onto the parking lot.

  • Yes in a utility cupboard in the hallway we have both a washer and dryer.

  • Yes we have a full kitchen with large sink, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and a full set of dishes, glasses,  silverware and cookware.

  • Yes we do the master bedroom will be made up for you however the sofa bed has a storage drawer for sheets and pillows in the sofa and the pack ‘n’ Play is in the master closet.

  • No. the HOA does not allow pets in tenanted properties.

  • The minimum age to book Docside Escape is 25+ Years, we do require a guest agreement and ID to match the booking also.

  • We have multiple options for early check in and late check out, firstly we offer a half day pass for 8hrs where available for 50% of the night rate this is perfect for guests flying in for their trip or those who just want to make the most of the day. If that option was unavailable, we will let you know as soon as the team have the place ready for you we always offer an hour free of charge if you want longer there is an option to accept the fee for whatever time we’re able to offer but sorry we can’t guarantee this option will be available.

  • Check In from 4pm and check out is by 10am

  • Yes you can, at Pathfinder Vacations all our properties are available to book for a low 1% deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days before you arrive giving you plenty of time to plan and save for your trip. The balance will be taken from your card automatically, if the payment is declined for any reason we will reach out to you to rectify within 24hrs, failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of your trip.

  • Yes we have high speed wi-fi great for those wanting to work or play.

  • Yes we provide the following starter supply of complementary products:

    • Shampoo 

    • Conditioner 

    • Body wash 

    • Hand soap 

    • Dish soap 

    • Dishwasher pods 

    • Toilet paper
