Bring your group together at The Stone Oak Estate, a spacious five-bedroom retreat set across 15 acres of Texas Hill Country terrain. With generous indoor gathering space and outdoor amenities designed for memorable evenings, there's room to spend time together while still having space to spread out.

Relax in the hot tub, prepare a meal in the stone pavilion's outdoor kitchen, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. Challenge your group to cornhole or horseshoes, enjoy the open space and take in the peaceful Hill Country surroundings.

**Space for Everyone**

The home features an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living space, with five bedrooms arranged across two floors.

**GROUND FLOOR**
- Primary suite: king bed
- Bedroom 2: queen bed

**UPSTAIRS**
- Bedroom 3: queen bed
- Bedroom 4: full bed and twin bed
- Bedroom 5: two twin beds

The upstairs bathroom can be accessed from Bedroom 3 or the hallway, allowing guests in the other upstairs bedrooms to use it without walking through another bedroom.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the five-bedroom home and all advertised outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, stone pavilion and outdoor kitchen, grill, fire pit and outdoor seating.

The adjoining one-bedroom owners' unit is separate from the guest accommodation and connects through an interior passage that remains locked during guest stays. The owners' unit has its own separate deck, which is not included in this listing.

Please note that the outdoor areas are not fully fenced, so children and pets should be supervised.

Before You Arrive

• Secure Guest Portal: Once you book, you’ll receive access to our secure Guest Portal, where you’ll complete a quick pre-arrival step including photo ID and selfie verification, signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement, and choosing either a refundable $1,500 security hold or an optional $65 non-refundable damage waiver for the first 10 days and $3 per day there after.

• Everything in One Place: Once completed, your Guest Portal unlocks everything you’ll need for your stay, including arrival instructions, door codes, a detailed digital house manual with helpful videos (including the barista-style coffee machine), local recommendations and optional upgrades.

Good to Know

• Quiet Hours: Outdoor music must be turned off by 10 pm - 7am mid week and 11pm - 9am weekends and public holidays to respect our neighbors. Indoor music at reasonable levels is welcome at any time.

• Pets: We are not pet friendly. Trained assistance animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws.
