Summit Sunsets FAQ’s

  • Check In from 4pm and check out is by 10am

  • Summit Sunsets sleeps 4 +1 infant in the pack ‘n’ play maximum.

  • Yes 2 balconies 1 at the front off the bedroom and the larger to the rear where you enter the unit.

  • Yes there is a pool for private use

  • Summit Sunsets is not accessible there is a large flight of stairs to the unit and the surrounding paths to the pool and yard are sloped and gravel so this may not be appropriate for anyone with mobility needs

  • Yes there is a bay for 2 vehicles off the driveway

  • Yes in a utility cupboard in the hallway we have both a washer and dryer.

  • Yes we have a full kitchen with large sink, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and a full set of dishes, glasses,  silverware and cookware

  • Yes we do the master bedroom will be made up for you however the sofa bed has a storage drawer for sheets and pillows in the sofa and the pack ‘n’ Play is in the master closet.

  • No. this property is not appropriate for pets the wildlife wanders onto the property daily it is not fully fenced and there has been coyote sightings close by.

  • The minimum age to book Summit Sunsets is 25+ Years, we do require a guest agreement and ID to match the booking also.

  • We have multiple options for early check in and late check out, firstly we offer a half day pass for 8hrs where available for 50% of the night rate this is perfect for guests flying in for their trip or those who just want to make the most of the day. If that option was unavailable, we will let you know as soon as the team have the place ready for you we always offer an hour free of charge if you want longer there is an option to accept the fee for whatever time we’re able to offer but sorry we can’t guarantee this option will be available. 

  • Yes you can, at Pathfinder Vacations all our properties are available to book for a low 1% deposit with the remaining balance due 30 days before you arrive giving you plenty of time to plan and save for your trip. The balance will be taken from your card automatically, if the payment is declined for any reason we will reach out to you to rectify within 24hrs, failure to make the payment will result in the cancellation of your trip.

  • Yes we have high speed wi-fi great for those wanting to work or play.

  • Yes we provide the following starter supply of complementary products:

    • Shampoo 

    • Conditioner 

    • Body wash 

    • Hand soap 

    • Dish soap 

    • Dishwasher pods 

    • Toilet paper

    • Kitchen towels

  • Yes the pool is reserved for your private use during your stay, however to be clear it can be seen from the deck of the main house.

  • Yes pool heat is available through the cooler months by request from the guest portal for an additional fee.

  • Yes the pool is a year round amenity.

  • No Summit Sunsets does not have a hot tub

  • Yes there are 2 fire bowls beside the pool and a fire pit all run on propane and are available by selecting the Fire Experience within the guest portal for an additional fee and included in the pool heat package through the cooler months.
