There are stairs leading to the unit and gravel terrain around the pool and fire pit areas, making the property unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

• One camera at the gate, overlooking the lockbox area.
• A Ring doorbell on the main house entry.
• One camera overlooking the pool area, as required by the insurance provider.
