Woodcrest FAQ’s

  • Woodcrest accommodates up to 6 guests.

  • Yes. Woodcrest welcomes up to 2 small dogs per stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

  • No. A maximum of 2 small dogs is permitted unless an exception has been agreed in writing before your stay.

  • No. Woodcrest is limited to registered guests, and visitors are not permitted unless prior written approval has been given.

  • No. Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted at Woodcrest.

  • Woodcrest is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.

  • The lead guest must be 21 or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.

  • Yes. Woodcrest has an ample driveway with free parking. Vehicles must remain on the driveway or designated parking areas and may not be parked on the grass or garden areas.

  • Absolutely. Woodcrest welcomes guests visiting the area for both leisure and work, including contractors and professionals working on local projects. The restriction on commercial photography and filming applies to using the property as a production or commercial filming location, not to guests who are staying at Woodcrest while working in the area.

  • No, at this time Woodcrest dose not feature a pool. please see Game Barn Retreat - Summit Sunsets - Dockside Escape for pools

  • Yes Woodcrest features a fully fenced yard

  • Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.

  • Yes. Woodcrest provides complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent.

  • Personal photography for your own memories is welcome. Commercial photography, filming, content production or professional photo shoots require prior written consent from the owner.

  • Book in advance and pay just 1% deposit with free cancellation up to 30 days before your stay at 4pm CT at which point the final payment will automatically be taken from your card.  Cancellation within 30 days of the stay is non refundable
