The whole house, barn, and yard are yours to enjoy. Self-check-in makes arrival easy, and there’s plenty of room to park. The only areas you can't access are the garage and shed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
About the Owner
As a mum to a wheelchair athlete, our family’s life revolves around drafty UK skateparks and traveling the world for competitions. Along the way, we’ve stayed in countless short-term rentals—often out of necessity due to allergies and dietary needs. That experience taught us just how much the little touches matter, and it’s why we set out to create the kind of place we’d want to stay. What began as a personal project has grown into something much bigger. We’re now in our second year of hosting and proudly treating this as a real-deal family business. Our Hill Country retreat isn’t just a vacation rental—it’s our winter training base and a home we truly love. When we’re not there, we genuinely enjoy sharing it with guests from all over. With every visit, review, and suggestion, we’ve grown in confidence—and thanks to the feedback of our amazing guests, we’ve already made upgrades and have big plans to improve even more in the years ahead. The main family shower room (32inch door width) is perfectly located directly off the main living space and between the two Queen rooms it has a sumptuous step in shower, vanity unit and toilet. The second bathroom (36 inch door width) is in the Master Suite with glorious step in shower, twin vanity and toilet room. The shower chair fits fine in either shower however the door width on the family bathroom isn't as wide as the Master shower room however this is the bathroom that Tomas uses. |
