Guest Verification & Booking Requirements
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests are required to complete a quick ID verification and sign a rental agreement through our secure guest portal after booking.
A refundable security hold of $1,500 is placed prior to arrival (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). As an alternative, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with a small daily fee thereafter.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
